As a Holistic Healer
My mission is to inspire and empower others to reconnect with their inner joy, purpose, and true potential, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I provide a safe, nurturing space where you can be yourself without judgment.
Having personally journeyed through panic and anxiety, I know what it feels like to feel “less than” or limited. That experience has shaped my purpose; to help others realise that all things are possible when you believe, and that spontaneous healing is always within reach.

What ignites my passion most is guiding groups through workshops and courses. There is something truly electrifying about watching someone release an old belief that no longer serves them, and step into a new vision of themselves and their potential.

My Greater Mission
On a deeper level, my mission is to help raise consciousness within individuals, within communities, and collectively for the betterment of humanity.
A vital part of this mission is teaching the true power of forgiveness. When we forgive - emotionally, physically, and spiritually - we free ourselves from recurring patterns and the heavy burden of the past. Forgiveness does not condone someone’s behaviour; rather, it releases us from attachment, so we can live freely and fully.

From Panic to Peace,
My Journey Through Anxiety and Healing
It was Christmas, and I had been on holidays for a few weeks when I realised something wasn’t right. For over a week, anxiety had gripped me, and tomorrow was to be my first day back at work. I arrived home after a few days away at the coast, drove into my garage, and sat in the car, sobbing uncontrollably and pounding the steering wheel.
I don’t know how long I was there. I arrived home in daylight, but by the time I stepped out of the car it was pitch black. At that point in my life, I thought I had no real worries, so why was this happening to me?
The next morning, I woke to my alarm at 6 a.m. My pillow was saturated with tears. I had been crying in my sleep. I felt utterly broken. Unable to get out of bed, I called home. My dad came quickly and, with his support, I made it to the doctor.
I had always been fit and healthy, rarely needing medical attention. Yet the doctor’s consultation left me more overwhelmed; he said the solution was Valium for the rest of my life, unless I could somehow heal from this debilitating illness. With the insistence of both the doctor and my father, I reluctantly agreed to try Valium for one week, as it was obvious I couldn’t continue as I was.
My boss was wonderfully understanding. His daughter also suffered with anxiety and panic, and he encouraged me to take time off to heal. Still, I was determined to return to work, and I was back at my desk the following Monday.
That week I began sessions with a psychiatrist. I completed the therapy, but my health continued to deteriorate. I was having multiple panic attacks each day, and I felt more fragile than ever.
At the time, I was working for Ford Motor Company in the Sales and Marketing Department in Sydney. Out of sixteen colleagues, I later learned that two also suffered from anxiety and panic attacks, along with my boss’s daughter. Both had been on medication for years.
For me, long-term medication was never an option. I was determined to heal, no matter what it took. I didn’t yet know how resilient I would need to be, but resilience became my lifeline.
On My Worst Days
I was having up to a dozen panic attacks a day. Even crossing a busy road was terrifying. The fear was so consuming that I thought I might run into the traffic, so I would cling to a telegraph pole until I found the courage to move.
Weekends became my greatest fear. Each Friday I would wonder if I’d be able to face work again on Monday. My mantra became simple, just keep putting one foot in front of the other. And somehow, step by step, I did.
The Turning Point: Discovering Holistic Healing
I knew nothing about holistic healing then, but I was open. Humanity had survived for millions of years with healers and natural practices, and I believed there must be wisdom in these traditions. From herbal medicine and energy work to meditation and acupuncture, every culture had developed its own approaches to healing.
So my journey began. I tried every holistic modality I was introduced to. Each gave me some relief, peeling back a layer at a time. Slowly, the panic lessened. Occasionally, crises would pull me back down, but I began to see them differently. Each crisis meant I was ready to face and heal something deeper. With the support of trusted healers, I worked through those moments. Over time, the crises became less frequent, and my peace began to return.
My Greatest Fear: Bridges
Driving over bridges was unbearable, whether a footbridge or the Harbour Bridge, the panic would rise. It took years before I could cross them with ease.
The Mooney Mooney Bridge on the Central Coast was the hardest. Many locals understand its reputation for discomfort. For years, I dreaded it, but today I cross that bridge with calm and confidence. It has become a symbol of how far I’ve come.
Gratitude for the Struggle
Looking back, I am profoundly grateful for the anxiety and panic attacks. It may sound strange, but they transformed my life.
They led me to holistic healing—a path I never would have taken otherwise. Through that journey, I discovered resilience, self-care, and the deep connection of mind, body, and spirit. I built a community of like-minded souls who truly care for humanity.

What Would I Do Differently?
Not much, but I would have embraced healing sooner. I would have allowed change into my life without delay, released the pressure of societal expectations, and trusted my own guidance earlier.
Now I know with certainty that the Creator and Spirit are always sending us signs; stepping stones leading us forward. My only task is to stay authentic, listen, and follow where I am guided.
Miracles Are Possible
I have been blessed to witness spontaneous healings, some that defied medical explanation. These experiences remind me that all things are possible when we open our hearts to receive.
Anxiety once felt like a curse, but it became my greatest teacher. It brought me home to myself, to Spirit, and to a path of helping others find their own peace.
