Though my sessions are rooted in the teachings of Theta Healing, as an intuitive healer I am guided by the Creator of All That Is to draw on practices from many modalities—whatever best supports your healing in the moment.
I have been blessed with the gift of intuitively witnessing past lives, which can often reveal the origins of beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you, allowing deep release and transformation.
Healing unfolds uniquely for each person, and it is not uncommon for spontaneous shifts—emotional, physical, or spiritual—to occur during our time together.

30 Minutes to Experience
a Healing Session

Curious about what a healing session feels like? This special 30-minute experience is a beautiful way to explore the process and see what resonates for you.
If you decide to continue with a full
1-hour healing session, your $49 investment will be credited toward your first session.
In this time together, we can focus on whatever feels most pressing for you right now, such as:
- Releasing a belief that holds you back
- Shifting a health concern or emotional block
- Healing a relationship pattern
- Gaining clarity on work, parenting, or personal challenges
- Easing a phobia or addiction
- Or simply moving past a sense of feeling “stuck”
Each session begins with a gentle conversation to uncover your needs. From there, I draw on a blend of intuitive modalities, which may include:
- Intuitive & Theta Healing
- Clearing old programs, beliefs, and traumas
- Past Life Regression & Soul Insights
- Other guided healing techniques as needed
Sessions are available in person, or remotely via Teams, Zoom, or phone.

You can request the type of session below. But there are other healing modalities that I can do as well. We start off with a conversation to determine exactly what you need and then move onto the healing.
A combination of several modalities and past life regression.
Intuitive healing.
Clearing old program beliefs and traumas.
I can come to you or Healings can be done over Teams, Zoom or over the phone.
Spontaneous Healings do happen!

This extended session is a deep dive into your healing journey. We begin with a heartfelt conversation to explore where you are right now, what you’re seeking, and what your soul is ready to release or embrace. From there, we move into powerful healing work, drawing on a blend of modalities intuitively guided to meet your unique needs.
Your session may include:
- Intuitive & Theta Healing
- Past Life Regression & Soul Insights
- Clearing old programs, beliefs, and traumas
- A combination of modalities woven together for transformation
Sessions are available in person, or remotely via Teams, Zoom, or phone.

- Option 1: 1 session per month for 10 months (flexible)
- Option 2: 2 sessions per month for 5 months (flexible)
You’re welcome to choose the type of session that resonates with you, though I also draw on a wide range of healing modalities. Each journey begins with a heartfelt conversation to explore your needs, and from there we move into the healing space.
Sessions may include:
- A blend of modalities and past life regression
- Intuitive healing and energy work
- Releasing old programs, limiting beliefs, and stored traumas
Healings can be in person, or online via Teams, Zoom, or phone — wherever you feel most comfortable.
